ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION
Experience Fresh is a full service, independent agency based in St. Louis. We are looking to hire a full-time Account Coordinator who primarily works from our South City HQ. The core responsibility of this position is to manage client details and relationships in our fast-paced environment. The Account Coordinator will collaborate with the Experience Fresh team as well as interface directly with clients. This position reports directly to the Creative Director/ Founder.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Coordinator will organize details, execute tasks and manage relationships in two primary areas:

DESCRIPTION
- Proficiency with project management, including timelines, budgets and deadlines
- Proficiency with managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Exceptionally organized, even in a fast-paced environment or under pressure
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media and ability to manage accounts
- Basic understanding of of Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic layout
- Proficient understanding of Slack and Asana
- Proficient understanding of Google Suite
- Agency experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Internal Support to the Experience Fresh team:
- Support the Creative Director via collaboration or delegation
- Support the Creative Director by receiving vision and building out the execution strategy
- Assign and manage tasks, schedules, timelines and deadlines to internal teams to keep execution of creative deliverables on track
- Provide on-set production support -- admin, logistics, assist production team
- Monitor project progress and clear roadblocks as needed
- Check all project deliverables for accuracy
- Collaborate on all production schedules and scheduling talent

Direct Support to Clients
- Scheduling and hosting project kickoff meetings, along with frequent check-ins
- Provide primary support and communication for all clients
- Building out social media posting schedules
- Meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
- Send progress updates
- Delivering final projects and collaborating on summaries for clients
- Occasional travel, as needed
- Manage and communicate the project budget, schedule, tasks, etc to client

Schedule:
Mon - Fri; Available for occasional meetings & events outside of normal hours per client needs

Hours:

Full Time // approx 40 hrs/ week
Compensation: $42,000/ year + bonuses (based on revenue targets)

Vacation:

4 weeks paid vacation (in addition to major holidays and Christmas to New Year break)
